The Schuylkill Center for Education came and gave a talk on Wildlife of Pennsylvania.
We loved it!
We met a wood turtle, named Woody.
We met a corn snake.
We met a screech owl name Loki.
We learned that Loki can not move his eyes,
so that is why he can turn his head almost all the way around!
We met a turkey vulture named Maiden.
And we met a talking fish crow named Russel.
Russel will say "Ouch" on command and we got to try it - and it worked, Russell talked to us!
(Russel learned to say "ouch" because he pecked his original owner more than once...)
